Fore Group works closely with town officials and environmental agencies to develop raw land into desirable and eco-friendly residential neighborhoods. A recently completed project, Charlotte Court, won the 2010 HOBI Award for Best Cluster Community in the State of Connecticut. We are currently working on Jefferson Crossing, an exclusive enclave of seven luxury homes on a private road in Farmington, Connecticut. Both projects involved installing roads and public utilities while adhering to the highest quality and environmental standards and preserving the local historical landmarks
