Peter Nisenson who received a B.Sc. in Construction Management from Pratt Institute in New York City, went on to manage multiple residential projects from New York City town houses to Connecticut estates. With a strong background in multiple architectural disciplines and in depth understanding of construction, Peter adds diverse experience to all projects.

Jennifer Dulos holds a B.A. in Art History from Brown University and M.A. from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. Jennifer works closely with the architects and site engineers to optimize interior layouts, site plans and exterior aesthetics. Jennifer is also involved in prospecting and land acquisition.

Guillaume Vidallet has a Bachelor's of Business from the University of North Alabama and has construction experience in France. Guillaume is also currently working on his M.
