Fotis Dulos has distinguished himself as a premier builder and developer in the Farmington Valley. Fotis, who also holds a B.A. in Applied Mathematics from Brown University and an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School is on site daily, working with his crews and easily available to address concerns, changes and improvements.  Fotis has developed his reputation based on integrity, hard work, great communication skills, and stunning homes that people love to live in.
 

Peter Nisenson who received a B.Sc. in Construction Management from Pratt Institute in New York City, went on to manage multiple residential projects from New York City town houses to Connecticut estates.  With a strong background in multiple architectural disciplines and in depth understanding of construction, Peter adds diverse experience to all projects.
 

Jennifer Dulos holds a B.A. in Art History from Brown University and M.A. from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts.   Jennifer works closely with the architects and site engineers to optimize interior layouts, site plans and exterior aesthetics.  Jennifer is also involved in prospecting and land acquisition.
 


Guillaume Vidallet holds a B.A. in Business from the University of North Alabama and an M. Sc. in Construction Management from New York University.  His primary focus is in Project Management and Cost Analysis.





Steffen Reich has a B.A. in Finance from Colorado State University. Having worked on Wall Street as an equity research associate and Main Street as the National Sales Manager for a global manufacturing business, Steffen brings a strong financial and sales background to the company. Steffen's primary focus is Home Transformations, Sales and Marketing.
